Terms of Service

1. About these terms
These terms of service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Customer", "you") and Wonder Things Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15197334, trading as "MenuSync" ("MenuSync", "we", "us").

By subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are a business-to-business agreement. You confirm that you are entering into this agreement in the course of your business.
2. What MenuSync does
MenuSync is a menu update service for independent restaurants. You provide us with team member access to your delivery platform accounts (including Just Eat, Deliveroo, and UberEats), and we update your menus on those platforms on your behalf based on the instructions you provide.
Our service includes:
- Accessing your delivery platform accounts using team member credentials you set up
- Making menu changes (prices, descriptions, item availability, categories) as instructed by you
- Verifying that updates have been applied correctly
- Confirming completed updates back to you with screenshots
3. Price and payment
The service costs £39 per month + VAT per location. Payment is collected monthly by card or Direct Debit. We may change our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
4. What you provide
- Team member access to your delivery platform accounts
- Accurate and timely menu change instructions
- Confirmation that you are authorised to grant us access to these accounts
- Prompt notification if any platform access credentials change
You are responsible for ensuring that the instructions you provide are accurate. We update menus based on what you tell us.
5. Our obligations
- Process menu change requests within 4 working hours during business hours (9am-9pm, Monday to Sunday)
- Verify changes are live on each platform
- Send you confirmation (including screenshots) after each update
- Store your credentials securely using encryption
- Delete your credentials promptly upon cancellation
6. Platform terms
We access your delivery platform accounts as a team member added by you. You acknowledge that your use of Just Eat, Deliveroo, UberEats and other platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their services, interfaces, or terms.
7. Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to this agreement is limited to the total fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profits or revenue, arising from our service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing hello@menusync.co.uk. There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We will delete your platform credentials within 30 days of cancellation.
9. Data protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example, customer data visible on your platform accounts), we act as a data processor and will process it only in accordance with your instructions.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
12. Third-party rights
No one other than a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
